Open the game in High5 and pull down to refresh. Web joins appear on your roster automatically.
New joins queue in order. When a spot opens (someone leaves, or you raise capacity) the first person in line is promoted automatically.
Turn on "Repeats weekly" when creating. You get one permanent link — pin it in your group. It always opens the next occurrence, with a fresh roster each week.
Profile → Account → Delete account. It's immediate and permanent. Games you hosted stay available to their rosters but are no longer linked to you.
