Privacy policy

High5 is built by GRVT, Inc. We collect the information needed to organise games, with no advertising trackers or sale of personal data.
Games and player names
We store game details and the names and notes players submit. Invite pages can be read by anyone with the link; public games appear in Explore. User-written names, venues and notes are not automatically translated.
Optional accounts and passkeys
For passkey accounts we store your chosen name and a public verification key, never your fingerprint, face or device PIN. Existing Apple or Google app accounts may also contain a provider identifier and email address.
Browser storage and sessions
Your language, region and guest access are saved in your browser. Signed-in sessions use an HTTP-only cookie. Account-linked games, bookings and saved games can be restored after signing in on another device.
Region and location
A country suggestion may come from your browser or Cloudflare’s approximate country signal. You can change it. Game venue addresses, countries, time zones and supplied venue coordinates are stored with the game.
Service operation
We use Cloudflare to run the service and record operational product events. Short-lived sign-in challenges and hashed network identifiers help limit abuse; sessions expire after 30 days. We do not use advertising identifiers.
Payments
Payment methods describe arrangements with the host. High5 does not collect card details or process game payments on this website.
Your choices and deletion
You can change language or region, leave a game or delete your web account from Profile. Clearing browser data alone does not cancel a game or remove a roster entry. Contact hello@grvt.co for other data requests.
Children
High5 is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
