Can I host or join without the app?
Yes. Create a game and share its invite, or find a public game and reserve a spot with your name.
How do my games follow me to another device?
Sign in with your High5 passkey. Your hosted games, linked bookings and saved games are restored. Guest access stays in the original browser until you sign in.
Does joining charge me?
No. Pay the host directly using the currency and method shown on the game. Agree on recipient details with the host. High5 does not process the payment or convert currencies.
Which time zone is shown?
Game times use the venue’s time zone when supplied. If yours is different, the game page also shows your local time. Older games without a saved venue zone use your local time.
What happens when a game is full?
New bookings join the waitlist. The first waiting party is promoted when enough spots open for the whole party.
How do I change my plans?
Open the game from My games. Players can leave; hosts can edit or cancel. Let the group know when plans change.
How do I delete my web account?
Open Profile, choose Delete account and confirm. Your passkeys and account are deleted, linked spots released and upcoming hosted games cancelled.
